Eigashima 2011 The Whisky House / ex-Bunnahabhain Sherry Cask
A curious bottle of whisky distilled in Japan and matured in Scotland by Duncan Taylor for The Whisky House.
The liquid was distilled in December 2011 and bottled in 2018. Duncan Taylor selected an ex-Bunnahabhain sherry butt to mature this, and it was bottled in association with the Akkeshi distillery and The Whiskey House.
