It is a desert island dram, a castaway with stunning grace and charm. Selected as part of a private collection, this 25 Year Old whisky is part of a bespoke collection of rare Single Malt Scotch whiskies known as 'Casks of Distinction'.
This limited edition Lagavulin 25 Year Old is a fine example of Scotland's most famous whisky; elegant, richly fragrant and full of character, with the extremely rare benefit of being matured exclusively in a sherry cask for 25 years.
This 25 Year old whisky is the pinnacle of Single Malt expression. Each bottle is special, a limited number of 468 bottles within the collection.
This was distilled back in 1991 and aged an impressive 25 years before bottling from cask #4884.
