This is a Cadenhead's bottling of Heaven Hill bourbon, bottled as part of their World Whiskies series.
This was bottled at 20 years old in July 2017. The Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown, KY was tragically destroyed by a fire in November 1996, meaning this must have been distilled between then and July that year. Production did not restart until 1999 when the company acquired the Bernheim distillery from United Distillers.
Interestingly, the bottle is labelled as having been matured in a "bourbon barrel." The correct description however, should be "charred new American oak," as refill barrel matured whiskey cannot legally be termed as bourbon.
