An exclusive release for the US market which had Richard Paterson assisted by Michelin starred chef, Daniel Boulud. The collaboration was a six month process, involving numerous tastings and trials.
Finally, a marriage of three whiskies was decided upon, aged 17-23 years and finished in Madeira, Muscatel and Port casks. The vatting was finished for another 6 to 8 months in ex-sherry casks.
