Kilchoman 100% Islay 2nd Release
The 2nd release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, released in 2012.
All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay were taken place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% abv and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This second release was matured in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts from Miguel Martin in Spain.
